Naz is a yoga teacher, holistic coach, reiki practitioner, breathwork and meditation facilitator, as well as a conscious dance instructor, she is dedicated to guiding individuals on transformative journeys toward holistic well-being. Through the healing power of yoga, reiki, breathwork, meditation, and conscious dance, she facilitate experiences that nourish mind, body, and spirit. Her passion lies in creating nurturing spaces where individuals can explore self-discovery and connect with their inner wisdom. With a commitment to empowering others, she strives to foster balance, mindfulness, and inner peace in the lives of those that she has the privilege to guide.
