Through this retreat we aim to create a safe and sacred space that allows each individual to experience profound transformation, spiritual healing and understanding. It’s an intimate private circle, where the focus is on the highest therapeutic outcome, expansion of consciousness and aligning each participant with their Soul’s Path.
Working with powerful Master Plants, will alter your state of mind in order to shift and expand your consciousness, heal the body, mind, soul, and the heart. Combined with psychotherapeutic tools and the wisdom and many years of experience of the facilitators, this is an opportunity to really shift something in your life right now!
This retreat is a gateway for those who feel called and are ready to be held and surrender to the cosmic flow of divine healing. Retreat Structure
This retreat includes two shamanic ceremonies, discussions on shamanism, healing and awakening, Family Constellation sessions (Berth Hellinger method), ancestral healing, movement, expression, music medicine, sharing and integration circles.
Our retreats purposefully contain plenty of space for reflection and integration. This weekend is a short but intense experience, and it is important. We have a rough agenda for the event, but will also tune into the flow of the group and play with various healing tools, based on what will feel harmonious for what is unfolding for everyone.
We serve a healthy, nutritious food, mostly vegan, and some vegetarian; also gluten and lactose-free for those who require. Some of the fruits will come from the land, which is organic, pure and based on a crystal mountain.
Rough schedule:
Day 1:
- Arrival in the afternoon, retreat orientation.
- Introductory discourse with Ania on Master Plants, and awakening of consciousness.
First all night ceremony with the Grandmother.
Day 2:
- Morning: Rest after ceremony, Breakfast,
- Noon: Ancestral Healing through Constellations
Afternoon: break for Lunch, - Part II of the Shamanic Constellations
- Evening: Dinner, Sharing & Integration circle.
Day 3:
- Morning: Second shamanic ceremony with Grandfather Pedro.
- There will be no meals throughout the day, some fruits will be offered, aligned with the rules of the ceremony.
- Late afternoon: Sharing & Integration, music circle, expressionEarly evening: Light dinner, Closing Circle and departure.
- If you wish you can stay an extra night from €25.
About your facilitators:
Anna Ostrowska aka Ania – Shamanic Practitioner, Holistic Therapist –
she will be your main facilitator throughout this retreat. She has been working with Plant Medicines for 12 years, trained with Master Shamans in the Amazon jungle. Trauma-informed healer, therapist and Family Constellations facilitator, with background in psychology, various types of coaching and body work. You can feel 100% safe and taken care of when in her space, she’s a Cosmic Mama, who puts her heart and soul into this work and in her nurturing spirit, she constantly tunes in to everyone’s needs to best support them in their process, while being very careful not to dis-empower, but witness, hold hand, and release.
Ania works with her Higher Self, spirits of the Master Plants, heart of Gaia, elementals and crystals, but also has various Spirit Guides who assist her in the healing processes, and they include spirit of black puma, Lemurians, Angelic Beings, Sirians and Hathor Star Nation, the White Buffalo Woman, Metatron, Saint Germain and other Ascended Masters, as well some of her other conscious incarnations, which she connected with in this lifetime. She channels those energies through her body and her voice, she plays music during the ceremonies and sings healing Medicine Songs.

Elliott Potts – Shamanic Practitioner, musician, wonderful body worker; he will lead the second ceremony and co-facilitate all other events. He’s spent few years living in Peru in a Daime Community, where he worked alongside few Master Shamans, serving Plant Medicines on weekly basis. His beautiful medicine songs open the hearts and carry all participants through their process in a smooth and loving way.
Lukasz Wieczorek – Shamanic Practitioner, musician, ceremony facilitator with many years of experience; he’s been working with Plant Medicines since 2012, he himself holds regular meetings with Grandfather Pedro, Rapee circles and teaches the wisdom of Don Juan, through Tensegrity movement sessions. He will co-facilitate the shamanic ceremonies and share his amazing music.
Meals
You will be served delightful home cooked vegan meals prepared in accordance to the plant work.Since fasting is required before Ayahuasca, there will be no meal on Friday. On Saturday you will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner. On Sunday – it’s almost a full day of a ceremony, thus we will start on en empty stomach, but then fruits and refreshments will be served throughout the day and a light dinner at the end, before departure.
Accommodation:
We have different possibilities of accommodation:
- Independent apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed and a wetroom with kitchen, large terrace with mountain and sea views. ( max 4 persons)
- Luxury campervan Dreamer with skylight window to observe stars at night. (Supplement 50€, max 2 persons)
- Twin room in a traditional Spanish house with pool views and smart TV. ( max 2 persons)
- Teepee bell tent for 4-5 people.
- Single and double tent standard option for privacy.
- You can also bring your own tent if you prefer.
- We have a banana shower jungle experience – shower surrounded banana trees. Shower in the bathroom and in the apartment.
