We are delighted to invite you to the first retreat of 2024! The New Beginnings event is a powerful portal of creation, where we will focus on letting go of the old, unsupportive energies in your life, and opening the doorway for a fresh start, charged with high frequency light, upgraded codes, new ideas and visions for what you’d like to create for yourself in the near and far future.

As with all our retreats, we aim to create a safe and sacred space that will allow you to experience profound transformation, spiritual healing and understanding. We only with intimate private circles, where the focus is on the highest therapeutic outcome, expansion of consciousness and aligning each participant with their Soul’s Path.

Working with powerful Master Plants, such as Ayahuasca and Whachuma (also known as San Pedro cactus), will alter your state of mind in order to shift and expand your consciousness, heal the body, mind, soul, and the heart. Combined with psychotherapeutic tools and the wisdom and many years of experience of the facilitators, this is an opportunity to really shift something in your life right now!

This retreat is a gateway for those who feel called and are ready to be held and surrender to the cosmic flow of divine healing. Retreat Structure 

This retreat includes two plant medicine ceremonies, discussions on shamanism, healing and awakening with two Master Plants: Ayahuasca and San Pedro cactus, as well as Family Constellation sessions (Berth Hellinger method), ancestral healing, movement, expression, music medicine, sharing and integration circles.

Our retreats purposefully contain plenty of space for reflection and integration. This weekend may be an intense experience, and it is important. We have a rough agenda for the event, but will also tune into the flow of the group and play with various healing tools, based on what will feel harmonious for what is unfolding for everyone.

We serve a healthy, nutritious food, mostly vegan, and some vegetarian; also gluten and lactose-free for those who require. Some of the fruits will come from the land, which is organic, pure and based on a crystal mountain.

Rough schedule:

Day 1:
Arrival in the afternoon, retreat orientation
Introductory discourse with Ania on Ayahuasca, Master Plants, and awakening of consciousness.
First Plant Medicine ceremony – Ayahuasca

Day 2
Morning: Rest after ceremony, Breakfast,
Noon: Ancestral Healing through Constellations
Afternoon: break for Lunch and rest,
Part II of the Shamanic Constellations
Evening: Dinner, Sharing & Integration circle

Day 3
Morning: San Pedro Ceremony
There will be no meals throughout the day, some fruits will be offered, aligned with the rules of the ceremony.

Late afternoon: Sharing & Integration, music circle, expression
Early evening: Light dinner and Closing Circle.

Day 4
Morning: Nourishing breakfast
Noon: Sharing circle, meditation, movement and integration.
Afternoon: break for lunch and rest;
Space for journaling, and individual healing sessions.
5pm: Final closing and departure.

Accommodation

Participants will stay in a simple, yet comfortable accommodation. There are few to choose from – twin room, modern caravan, some large glamping tipi tents and some private camping-type tents. Each one is immersed in the countryside’s natural beauty and view, with conditions conducive of reconnecting with oneself, with nature and with the spirit of the Plants. The facilities include kitchen, bathroom, showers, salt-water swimming pool, relaxing terraces, hummocks and sun beds.

All ceremonies and most of the activities will be held in a gorgeous, heated wooden temple that we call Maloka. Some meditations may take place outside, since Costa Tropical offers beautiful warmth and sunny weather even in January.

The accommodations and facilities are purposefully rustic and non-luxurious to bring us closer to nature and the earth. It is an integral part of the work to be in stillness and communion with Mother Gaia, to be able to hear the birds, feel the wind, the sun, and to see the stars, and within that stillness to begin to hear ourselves, our hearts, and the wisdom of the Teacher Plants. For the duration of the retreat, we put aside some of our accustomed comforts to bring us closer to what is essential inside us.

Investment

For this retreat, total investment is €555. If you’d like to reserve a spot, we will need a non-refundable deposit of €155 to secure your place. The rest is paid in cash upon arrival.
Please note, this retreat will only allow up to 9 participants!

Meals

You will be served delightful home cooked vegan meals prepared in accordance to the plant work.
Since fasting is required before Ayahuasca, there will be no meal on Friday. On Saturday you will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner. On Sunday – it’s almost a full day of a ceremony, thus we will start on en empty stomach, but then fruits and refreshments will be served throughout the day and a light dinner at the end, before departure.
