A unique dance cacao celebration With DJ Tamara Nigg, vocals Michaela Häsch and didgeridoo player Roberto Quintarelli. In a very special place surrounded by nature.
Let’s take this opportunity to come together with our new intentions and enjoy a journey into the spirit of Mama Cacao with a combination of heartfelt acoustic melodies and songs, didgeridoo and electronic beats.
To open our hearts, we first drink the medicine of sacred cacao (ceremonial cacao activates neurotransmitters and endorphins and releases feel-good hormones) We then raise our vibrations to a very high level with the angelic frequencies of Michaela’s incredible voice and medicine music followed by ecstatic dance and finalising with a powerful healing journey with the didgeridoo.
Things to bring: Water bottle, yoga mat (if you have one), blanket and yourself with an open mind and heart.
Preparation: It is best not to eat at least 2 hours beforehand. No previous knowledge of dance or meditation is required.

Aprovechemos esta oportunidad para unirnos con nuestras nuevas intenciones y disfrutar de un viaje al espíritu de Mama Cacao con una combinación de sentidas melodías y canciones acústicas, didgeridoo y ritmos electrónicos.
Para abrir nuestros corazones, primero bebemos la medicina del cacao sagrado (el cacao ceremonial activa los neurotransmisores y las endorfinas y libera hormonas que nos hacen sentir bien). Luego elevamos nuestras vibraciones a un nivel muy alto con las frecuencias angelicales de la increíble voz y la música medicinal de Michaela, seguido de danza extática y finalizando con un poderoso viaje de sanación con el didgeridoo.
Cosas para traer: botella de agua, esterilla de yoga (si tiene una), manta y usted mismo con una mente y un corazón abiertos.

Tamara grew up in Tyrol/ Austria and has been musically accompanying cacao ceremonies for many years and has immersed herself deeper and deeper into “medicine music” and discovered her love for ecstatic dance. The goal: to ignite the inner fire with mixing, different sounds and pulsating beats, to arrive at you with the rhythm and to recharge your batteries with new energy and joy.
Roberto Quintarelli is the founder of Trust Meditation. His key mission is to raise awareness and empower people to take control of their lives, through personal coaching and sound and energy healing. He’s Passionate about life and how life reflects oneself and has interests in meditation techniques, loves playing music and values being close to his family and loved ones.

Michaela Haesch is the co-founder of Trust Meditation her vision is to reconnect people with their hearts through the power of sound, voice, movement, and energy healing. She is also trained as a kinesiologist with the intentions to find the root cause of physical symptoms and mental blockages. Her background is Dance and yoga and has practiced and training in shamanism. She values spending time in nature and the joy of life itself.
